Andy-j is not an organization under GDPR / CCPA as such these rules don’t apply to us.
- We don’t collect or process the data of EU residents.
- We don’t ship any item whatsoever from this company to any EU or USA or any nations in the world.
- Its simply a blogpost expressing my passion and share with interested readers.
- We are not any sort of data processor or a data controller.
- Blogpost is under the control of the Google Blogger guidelines.
- You offer software, such as a game or app, that collects personal data as part of the registration process, and the software is available in the EU
Disclosure Checklist
The Privacy Policy contains the details of our work culture
- Privacy policy — Explains our data privacy and data security approach. No any sort of personal details or non-personal information is collected.
- Data retention policy — We never collect any sort of data. We also make sure if by mistake any data is stored it is automatically deleted.
- Terms of data transfer to other countries — Not applicable.
- Contact information — About page contains the details of the individual managing the blogpost published in blogger.com
- Terms of use — “This website is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old.”
Payment policy & cookie policy — Google Adsense manages all sorts of ad payments if any and are processed by Google and which cookies the system sets and uses.
The Act places various obligations on business owners. We'll go into these obligations in more detail, but in summary, business owners must:
- Publish a Privacy Policy that complies with CCPA rules and is updated at least once every 12 months
- Tell consumers more about what happens to their personal data, or personally identifiable information, when it's shared with the business

the significant piece of the privacy policy is informing people about their rights under the GDPR. There are 8 specific rights spelled out in the regulation that have been included in our privacy policy:
